Roasted Maple & Spice Nuts

Roasted Maple & Spice Nuts - serves 16
Ingredients:
4 cups nuts (your choice)
1/2 cups maple syrup
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon garlic
1/4 teaspoon cayenne
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. Combine maple syrup through cayenne in a medium sized bowl. Add nuts and stir until well coated.
3. Pour nuts onto a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes. Stir and place back into the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes.
4. Remove from oven. Stir and let cool.
